Welcome

Welcome to Peninsula U-Brew Winery!

Whether you are an experienced personal winemaker or looking to begin your first batch, the staff at Peninsula U-Brew Winery is ready and able to help. Our goal is to help each customer produce a wine that they will be proud to share with friends and family.

We offer a wide variety of wine styles, which are ready to bottle in 5, 7, or 8 weeks as well as oak barrel aging on select batches, which can extend the bottling time up to 6 months. We also have a selection of beer, cider and coolers, which are ready in 4 weeks.

The process is simple.

  1. Choose a style to make – we can help you pick one to suit your tastes.
  2. Start the fermentation – the easiest part!
  3. Return to bottle – clean and quick with our bottling equipment.
  4. Enjoy the (fermented) fruit of your labour.

We know from our years of experience that the most important things we can provide to our customers are a reliable, high quality product, combined with excellent service and all of that presented in a clean and spacious facility. We guarantee everything made on-premise for quality and customer acceptance. We can also offer advice to amateur home winemakers and brewers: we are always on hand to answer any questions you may have.

We take pride in what we do and we believe in building strong, lasting relationships with our customers. We sincerely hope you will come in and visit us soon!

Cheers,

Stan, Maureen and Staff
